Returns
At Tantrum our policy lasts 7 days. If an item is to be returned you need to have all the original packing, labels, sanitary stickers, ect. All items must be returned unused, and in same condition it was received. Once your refurn images and claims are recelved and inspected we will notify you if return has been approved or rejected.
Approval will lead to full refund. Rejection will lead to partial refund or no refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange merchandise, contact Tantrum within 7 days of receiving the parcel. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. If you have received an incorrect order or faulty l garment, shipping charges will be refunded. Please note if the customer Wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment this voids exchange.
The pictures of the products may vary slightly in colour or look. Tantrum will not grant refunds or returns if customer feels the product does not look exactly like that in the picture.
Please note: Our team inspects and reviews all items before shipping to buyer, instances regarding faulty garments upon receiving items are slim, therefore we have full right to reject returns and or exchanges if that is the case.
